As a Lead UX Researcher. . .

I love talking to people and finding out about their world. Getting into people's lives, thoughts, and motivations has always been fascinating to me. This passion has led me to become an exceptional UX Researcher who understands the user and their tasks first and foremost.

What I do   

• Contribute to building the UX research practice

• Plan, conduct, and oversee research projects with varying  methodologies including usability testing, interviews,  surveys, and more

• Collaborate with product owners and scrum team  members to define research goals, questions, and methodologies

• Mentor budding researchers in research skill sets, such  as structuring usability tests and conducting interviews

• Analyze and disseminate research insights to scrum  teams and the organization in digestible formats

• Manage Research Operations (ResearchOps) including  research logistics, recruiting, budget, incentive  distribution, and maintaining an accessible research  repository
